The UO Player Gather in Indianapolis Indiana was a smashing success! With a turnout just shy of 80 people, we had to be moved to a bigger room than we had originally reserved for the group.

Many players from all across the Midwest and northeast were in attendance representing almost every shard.

Once all the confusion from the room change had passed. We started things off with some delicious pizza provided by the Marriott Hotel. Once everyone was seated we kicked things off with dev team member introductions which included: Micheal "Vex" Moore, Peter "Fertbert" Phillips, Patrick "Leurocian" Malott, Jason "Zilo" Lawson, Karen "Platinum" Blevins, and Binky.

Following the introductions, the team fielded questions on everything from Soul Stones to the fishing changes to the issue of item insurance. The first half of the Q&A lasted for a full two hours with a snack and restroom break in the middle.

After the break about 85% of the attendees returned for another hour and a half of Q&A as well as general conversation about the past, current, and future of Ultima Online. Once all the question were answered, we moved on to a trivia round where fabulous prizes consisting of hoodies, hats, sweatshirts, and a years subscription to UO were handed out.

After all the prizes and swag was finally distributed, everyone signed the commemorative poster that will be displayed in the EA headquarters in Redwood City, CA and we all took some time to get group photos and film birthday greeting for UO.
