What are the minimum system requirements for the Ultima Online client?

As new expansions and patches are released for Ultima Online, the minimum system requirements to run the client may change.  Below you will find the minimum requirements for Ultima Online: Kingdom Reborn, 2D Ultima Online Client and the Stygian Abyss Client (beta).

Note: If you are running under Vista, we recommend not using Vista's alt-tab functionality, as it could cause some input problems. If you encounter these problems, please restart the game.

The minimum requirements to run the game on the Kingdom Reborn client are:

Operating System:   Windows XP or Windows Vista
CPU: Intel Pentium III 1000 MHz or AMD Athlon 1000 MHz
RAM: 512 MB or more
Video: 64 MB 3D graphics card with Hardware Transform and Lighting, such as NVIDIA® GeForce™ 3 class card or above (Note: Systems with video cards that only meet the minimum requirements are only supported in 800x600 resolution)
DirectX® 9.0c and latest video drivers
Sound: Card capable of supporting DirectX 9.0
Hard Drive: 6.0 GB available space
Internet Connection: 56k or better

As of the Mondain's Legacy expansion, the minimum system requirements for the 2D Ultima Online Classic Client are as follows:

Operating System:  Windows XP or Windows 98
CPU: 400 MHz Intel Pentium II
RAM: 128 MB
CD/DVD-Rom Speed: 4x
Hard Drive Space: 1.5 GB free hard disk space plus space for saved character profiles, Windows swap-file, and DirectX 9.
Video: 8 MB video card with DirectX 9.0 compatible driver for
Sound: DirectX 9.0 compatible sound card
Internet Connection: 56.6 Kbps or better

Minimum System Requirements for the Enhanced Client (beta):
