KR Client Patch vers. 2.46.1.9

At 2:30AM PDT (9:30PM GMT) on Tuesday, August 29, the KR client will be updated to version 2.46.1.9.  Notes after the jump:
  • "Silver" Steed no longer appears as "Dark Brown" horse.
  • Lined up drop down menus in Create/Edit custom waypoint UI
  • Made facet label wider to accomodate "Waypoint Facet" text.
  • Only display the custom waypoint TYPE dropdown menu in Create or Edit Custom Waypoint UIs. Hide it in the Viewing Regular Waypoint UI.
