Beginning Tuesday, July 13th at 2:00PM EDT all shards will be brought offline for updates to the current database system. Due to the complexities of this maintenance we anticipate services will be back online by 8:00PM EDT (please see update below). We thank you for your patience during this extended downtime.
Update 7/14/10 - 1:00AM EST: The Enhance Client can once again connect to the game, we apologize in the delay for bringing this back online and those those users for their patience while the issue was resolved, have a great evening.
Update 7/14/10 - 1:00AM EST: We are currently investigating an issue in which players are unable to use the Enhance Client, we apologize for the inconvenience.
Update 7/14/10 - 12:00AM EST: Maintenance is complete - all shards are now open to players, welcome back and have fun!
Update 7/13/10 - 11:20PM EST: To ensure the maintenance was successful we are continuing to run tests across the game's systems. We hope to have further information shortly, thank you.

continue to run tests to ensure the update deployed properly to all
systems. There remains no ETA and we will update again at 11:00PM EDT
or when new information is available, thank you.

We are working to resolve a remaining part of the maintenance, we are
currently unable to provide an ETA at this time. The Herald will be
updated each hour until shards are back online or we can provide an
ETA, please stay tuned and thank you for your continued cooperation.
